Q1: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 14:00 (15:00 for cottages only) and check-out is at 11:00.
Q2: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: 30% of the payment will be charged from one week to three days before, 50% from two days before, 70% from the day before, and 100% on the day. *We will send you a transfer slip at a later date.
Q3: Can I specify a space when making an online reservation?
A: Currently, due to technical issues with the system, it is not possible to specify a time slot. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you would like to specify a time slot, please contact us by phone.
Q4: When there are no vacancies online, does that mean there are no available reservations at all?
A: As we are still in the early stages of implementation and it is difficult to update in real time, in many cases we can only provide guidance over the phone. Please feel free to contact us by phone.
